Walk In Sessions
Our Himalayan Salt Caves...
are available on the hour, every hour, during regular business hours for 45-minutes of rejuvenation and relaxation.
Walk-ins...
are welcome, but are not guaranteed a spot. You can reserve your spot online by clicking HERE.
When your session begins, the lights are dimmed, and soothing music is played. Relax on mats or recline in, zero-gravity chairs. The atmosphere is infused with micro-particles of salt that can be easily absorbed through the skin and deep into the lungs, and is said to assist breathing. Our caves are the perfect place to escape, heal your body and refresh your mind.
Dress Comfortably...
and plan to remove your socks and shoes (though if you prefer to wear booties over your shoes, we will provide them for you). The dry micro-climate in the caves is kept at a temperature of 72 degrees Fahrenheit and 40% humidity. Blankets are available.
Arrive Fifteen Minutes Before...
your Cave Session is to begin. Sessions start on the hour every hour and we DO NOT admit latecomers to a cave session already in progress. Please be early :)
There are a limited number of seats...
per cave session, and if you do not have a confirmed reservation there may not be room for you. Please remember to sign up each member of your party to reserve their spots! If you have a coupon code, use your coupon code on our online signup for each member of your party.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
